IKEA? IKEA!
To help customers better understand the different ways they can receive their products, IKEA launched “IKEA? IKEA!”, a campaign focused on accessibility and convenience. Built around the idea that no matter the situation, there’s always an IKEA solution to get your furniture home, the campaign used relatable everyday moments to connect IKEA’s services with real customer needs. Through a series of four films released throughout the year, the campaign explored culturally relevant family dynamics and milestones, from hosting family gatherings and preparing for the holidays to the pride and excitement surrounding a student leaving for college. As part of the creative development, I collaborated on identifying the cultural insights that shaped each story, helping ensure every film felt authentic and recognizable to Latino audiences across different markets. Each spot humorously demonstrated how IKEA’s delivery and pickup options make it easier to bring IKEA home, regardless of the occasion or living situation.
